Unlike the DeduplicationWizard, the DataQualityTools not only support Excel as a data source, but also ACCESS (mdb), ACCESS2007 (accdb), VistaDB (vdb3), EXCEL (xls), EXCEL2007 (xlsx), dBase (dbf), CSV and text files.
