In Version 4.06, the DataQualityTools have been expanded and improved in a whole series of positions: Thus, the standard address file can be sorted according to the postal code. By using a special function, the columns in a table can be filled with a constant or with a sequential number. With the comparison functions, now there are more options to determine which of the records in a doublet group should be marked with a deletion flag and which not. And for the contact person, the threshold value for the degree of matching can now be set separately. Furthermore, this version also includes a whole series of additionally improved details.

Version 4.01 of the DeduplicationWizard also now includes the function for the creation of a standard address file as known from the DataQualityTools. It can be used to put addresses used for direct marketing into a standard form and sort them according to the postal code.
